All cash transactions are eligible for Remote Online Notarization (RON). Additionally, all Sellers are eligible to sign virtually on all transactions.
What to Expect
This process is the definition of pain-free and convenient. You will meet with a closing agent virtually from wherever is most convenient for you (with a good wifi signal). Once you have proven your identity, the agent will go over all of the closing documents and you will electronically sign them.
